add a scroll bar for the frame tab; some images don't fit in the window (the bottom crop doesn't show) and add x64 bit support

When I use the second pair of sample images the bottom cropper doesn't appear in a maximized window. It would be great to zoom in and adjust the size as needed. x64 bit support will increase the speed.

WinXPPro opened like a charm, ran fine, did see crash and memory error when trying to use huge images, but all else is perfect. Just needs a bit of dumbed down gui work for the program daft.
